The organisation’s secretariat meeting to be held on May 24-25 would finalise the party’s statute, its political report and a plan for economic prosperity, according to Bhattarai. The declaration ceremony held at the Dasharath Stadium on June 12 while the closed session of the party foundation national assembly at the Nepal Academy on next two days. “A gathering assembly of as many as 100,000 founding members will declare the party with the oath taking programme,” Bhattarai told journalists.
