Balasaan Turn down and take the left hand down of the head and turn neck right side. The left hand will touch down the head and now sleep like a baby. Benefits: Muscles problem, tiredness of body will gets away. Mentally fit and you will relax and helps in gastrice and other stomach problem.

Bhujangasana Join two legs and sleep and with the two hands touch the floor and turn your head upside and breathe looking upward for some time and leave the breathe. Benefits: This will solve the gastrice and stomach problems ans well as helps in spinal problem.

Dhanurasana3 Sleep turning down and than bend your knees and touch with the hand and pull the legs with hand raising the chest upward. Stay on this position for 10 to 15 minutes and breathe in and out. This will help in stomach problem as well as keeps the spinal cord healthy and felxible.

Ushtrasana- Sit in the posyition of bajrasan and raise the toe and keep hands on it. And now be in a relax position and turn your neck back and try to turn back how much you and and take a deep breathe in and out.While doing the yoga for the stomach or gastric than you need to do slowly. You need to do it regularly. You need to do this on fresh environment and you need to repeat this for 6 to 10 times.

Pawanmuktasan On this position you need to turn up right and bend the legs and you need to make the right leg straight. You need to bend both hand and catch the legs and you need to pull it by breathing and you need to try to touch the knee with chin and make the legs straight after that and again do same with another leg and at last contract both legs and catch with hand by breathing. Benefits: The pain of female’s waist and the ovary related problem, heart disease, joint legs problem gets reduced and the fatn of the stomach also gets reduced.

Naukasan Turn upright and take both hands up the thigh and joint both legs. And now breathe and take all the legs hand and waist down and up and do this for some times. Benefits: This will make heart, lungs and intestine healthy as well as it is beneficial for the liver problem.
